Great location!As location adjacent to Ciputra Mall & short drive to CGK airport.Security is a main concern, only by room card access toward to Mall.Clean property, nice breakfast, well mannered staff . Everyone willing & happy to help to make sure our stay comfortable We will stay again soon in future

Breakfast - Food choices are great. So many choices. Appreciate that the company introduce Indonesian traditional dishes as well as traditional beverages (not sure what's the name, there was ginger mixed kind of herbs). Places are quite spacious and accomodate guests very well

The room. It is managed by Swissbell but the room doesn't represent the brand. The bathtub looks old and quite sleepery. No hand shower. The exhaust is not not too weak hence the bathroom feel weird. The overall room should be improved.Secondly, it is quite confusing to adjust the aircon. It just as simple as having a small screen and few buttons to adjust the aircon but I didn't find it that way. Not sure whether all the rooms are the same or it's just my room.

Good location. It is located right in between city center and the international airport.

It is expensive for the facilities. Especially breakfast is way over priced. Don’t get breakfast here, just get on outside.

The hospitality provided by the staffs. Easy access to the mall. There's even wake up call. Smooth transaction. Overall, it's a wonderful experience.

The lock of the bathroom door. It's hard to lock and unlock. There's a mark on the door where it had been burst into from outside. I suppose it's time to change the toilet's doorknob.

Always great to stay there every-time we visit Indonesia, the staff always friendly , still have the same face we already knew long time ago.Easy access to grab anything necessary because connecting with Mall.

I get new renovate room which smell really not pleasant but they get me new room and they trying hard to help me and provide all i need , so at the end i just happy to staying there, the staf also do their best.

would be perfect if they double check the room before handed to the guests

The toilet are not clean , the slippery rubber fir bath tab has fungus you can see around , towels are very old the colours have changed etc .Ac switch are broken cannot increase or decrease

Excellent hotel with excellent service. I really appreciate Mrs Putri for her excellent hospitality and service. The hotel and its staff are excellent and they will always serve you with smile. The hotel is in the mall where you can find everything you need. I recommend this hotel.

All was fine and excellent

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, and the hospitality of the staff truly stood out. Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the front desk team welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in efficiently and with genuine care. Their helpful and courteous attitude made a great first impression and immediately put us at ease after a long day of travel.The room, while a little dated in terms of decor, was well maintained. Everything was in good working order.Overall, the excellent service and thoughtful hospitality more than made up for the older furnishings.

The room and bathroom showed their age, with noticeably dated decor and very dim lighting—even with all the lights turned on—giving the space a somewhat gloomy feel. That said, everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which we truly appreciated despite the need for an update.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Despite it's an old building, the hotel is great and room is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful as well ! On top of that it's easy to get some food as it's close to the mall.

The only downside for us was the AC, as it was centralled, we couldn't adjust according to our like.

Good service

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, even though missed some international variety, is good and complete. The room they gave us at first was extremely moldy, dirty, old, and need complete renewal. After we complained, they changed our room to a better, somewhat less moldy, and somewhat referbished room. The hotel is a very nice size hotel and could be a lot better if they do regular deep cleaning and de molding. If I were the hotel owner, I would fire the manager in charge of the cleaning. This hotel needs thorough regular cleaning, carpets in rooms, and hallways needs to be washed because the hallways and lobby smell like urine most of the time. The floor of the shower has a regular slippery tile not made for the shower floor area. It can be extremely dangerous. The gym surprised me because it has 2 or 3 of every and all equipment that you can imagine. It's like a gym you become a member. But do not use the shower area because it's all rusted, moldy, and old. Their weekend dinner buffet, their breakfast, and the club room food is 98% their own national food and has MSG. All of it. Only in a couple of international dishes do they not put MSG. I found out because every day we were feeling lethargic, headaches and brain fog, dizzy. So i asked the cheff, and he confessed they put MSG in everything. Overall, we stayed because we couldn't find another hotel connected to a shopping mall for convenience at the same price of this hotel and the large size of the room.

I like the location adjacent to the mall, all staffs are friendly and helpful. Many breakfast Indinesian food choices (better adding sushi counters?)I think for standard amenities every room shall be provided 2 pairs such as slippers, toothbrushes (was informed by the cleaning service staff we HAVE to ask for extra )
